How it works?

Our message to clients is "Finding tech talents should be as Zen as finding a good book in a store!". Our message to you is the same for finding great clients and projects. :)

1 Code Tests (for Developers), Interviews & Evaluations
Fill in the application to join us and complete our code tests (for Developers). If you passed, we will invite you for a video interview and further evaluations based on your portfolio and past work experience.
After passing our screening and evaluation process, a Talent Manager will be assigned to welcome you and take care of your needs! He/she will reach out to discuss your rates, preferred tech stack, work arrangements and all the other administrative details.
When there is a suitable match, your Talent Manager will send your profile to the client and promote you!
The client will schedule a conference call to get to know you and discuss the project in more detail. This is also an opportunity for you to get to know more about the project and see if it is a good fit for you. At this stage, the client may ask you for some rough estimates of hours you will take to complete their task/project.
When all is good, your Talent Manager will settle the necessary paperwork with the client and double confirm the details with you. For full-time engagements, the client will book your time slot. Show up online at the booked time and start working together! For ad-hoc part-time engagements, the client will discuss the timeline and frequency of updates with you.

Billing will either be based on your set milestones or on your work logs. Work logs will be tallied weekly with client confirmation, and milestones will be released once it is completed, crediting your pay into your account. This amount can be withdrawn into your bank account unless there are objections/disputes from the client.
If the client likes working with you and you like working with the client, the client may pay us a flat fee of USD5K to waive our platform fees and restrictions. Many talents have found opportunities at great startups around the world this way :)
